“Buga” Kizz Daniel latest single has become the most shazamed song in the world.

Shazam application, owned by Apple and developed by Shazam Entertainment, is used to find music, movies, and television shows, based on short sample played and using the phone’s microphone or earpiece mic, announced on their official Twitter handle. Congratulating the Nigerian star saying, “Big congrats to @KizzDaniel!! #Buga is the most Shazamed song in the world.

It has 793,363 shazams in two weeks, Kizz Daniel’s ‘Buga’, produced, mixed and mastered by Tekno and released on May 3rd, became a viral sensation on social media, including the Tik Tok app.

“Buga” topped major charts in Africa, it hit one million streams after seven days of release on Boomplay, 5.1 million views on YouTube (official lyric video), about 11.4 million equivalent streams and 47.5 million in radio reach and set a new record for the song with the biggest total activity in history.
